Looking for a Roommate - Denver - CODAs, NERDAs, Hearing, Deaf, HOH, Men or Women

by Julia
(North Denver/Westminster)

Comfortable living room

Comfortable living room

Comfortable living room
New kitchen and appliances
Spacious bathroom
Bedroom for rent (blue tape marks off the size of a full size bed, could easily accomodate a Queen size or possibly a King size bed)

I'm looking for a roommate to move in ASAP with me and my awesome roommate Christopher in my house close to 84th & Pecos (south of Water World). I am a CODA (I'm 26) and my roommate is Deaf (he is 24). We are both currently college students.

I'm asking for $500/month which I think is a great deal. That includes: rent, room with ceiling fan, good sized closet, Wi-Fi, cable, off street parking, central air and heat, big backyard, water/sewer/trash/recycle, electric and washer/dryer. I have a wood burning fireplace I hope to have running this winter and a fire pit and BBQ in the backyard.

I have one cat and am not opposed to having you bring a pet with you. Smoking is ok too as long as it's outside. If you are interested or know anyone that might be please contact me. CODAs, NERDAs, hearing, Deaf, HOH, men or women are all welcome. Thank you!
