Innovations is actively seeking compassionate and caring host home providers who is fluent is ASL in the Greater Denver Metro Areas who want to open up their homes to an adult with developmental disabilities.
What will being a Host Home Provider mean to you?
• Making a difference. A Host Home Provider is in essence a caring support system for an adult with developmental disabilities. A Host Home Provider provides an individual with the ability to live a fulfilling life that promotes community access and integration, realizing dreams and life goals, and experiencing a “normalized” home setting.
• Being an Advocate. A Host Home Provider is a key and integral part of an individual’s team and acts as a support system that inspires, motivates, and provides care and understanding.
Being a Host Home Provider is a contracted setting and a daily rate will be paid to assist with costs associated with care. Innovations provides all required training and Innovations has a dedicated and knowledgeable staff as well as a robust nursing department to support medical needs.
