Relay Phone Communication Services for Deaf here in CO

As you most likely know, relay is a way that helps Deaf and Hard of Hearing people communicate with hearing people more easily when not in person.  Hearing can use their phone to call a special operator who listen to their words and change the words into ASL for deaf and hard of hearing people.  They can see the operator signing ASL on TV or computer screen.
