Barr Lake State Park Hiking Trail - Deaf in Colorado

by Rainee
(Aurora, CO, Arapahoe)

One of the Front Range hiking places to try out. It's an easy hike of 9.2 mile loop around Barr Lake.

Bring comfortable backpack, sunblock, sunglasses, hat, snack and comfortable hiking/walking shoes. We will stop and rest in the middle of hiking trail near the path for healthy and energetic snacks (approx. 4.5 mile).

There are many species of wildlife up and around the lake, so bring binocular if you'd like.

We will meet at the front door of Nature Center building at 8:00am. It is off of Picadilly Road near Highway 76. Please contact me if you have any questions or concerns. We hope to meet someone and make friends!
