Denver, CO - Awesome Home for Sale - Close to I70, Good for Deaf or HoH

by herb
(wheat ridge,co.)

i'm a realtor just trying to sell a home in the regis university area-its an amazing home and a gr8 buy!! but i'm having trouble selling the home because of its close proximty to interstate 70-the noise is a real concern to many buyers- the seller has asked me to somehow advertise the property to the hearing impaired- so i'm hoping this is the way to do that? please let me know if this is a proper way to use this sight?
this home if it were 1 block off of i-70 would sell for approx. $350k-but because it is close to i-70 i have reduced the price several times from $350k down to $270k!! its a gr8 home and both the seller and i are getting frustrated! if not for the noise factor it would have sold at a much higher price!
property info:

could be a gr8 rental for regis university students!!

plus much more!! call herb zimmerman- mb zimmerman & assoc. 303-456-5353 for your private showing!
